Inc Group, the London-based bar and restaurant operator led by entrepreneur Frank Dowling, has opened a new site in the O2 Arena.
The 175-cover restaurant is called Union Square and serves cuisine from the American West.
The venue also features a downstairs bar with a capacity for 350 people and a room for private entertaining.
The company, which acquired the Elbow Room chain of pool bars last year, recently opened The Attic cocktail bar in London’s Docklands.
