Hot Pink, the new healthy grill concept, has secured its first site in London, with plans to open a further two sites in the capital over the next two years, M&C Report has learnt.
The concept, which has been set up by three joint owners, including Dipak Panchal and Cokey Sulkin, owners of the Black Dog in Vauxhall, has taken the former Reds Bar & Grill, 86 The Broadway, in Wimbledon for its first opening later this spring.
Panchal has founded various venues including the Valmont Club and DukeBox, while Sulkin is the founder of Aragon House in Parsons Green.
