Upmarket dessert concept Haute Dolci is to open its second site, in Coventry, this weekend.
Opening at 25 Trinity Street in the city, the site will be closely followed by openings in Leicester – in Granby Street, and Manchester, this summer.
Haute Dolci also has openings lined up for Bolton, Lytham, Blackburn and Leeds.
The concept, understood to be headed-up by founder of Heavenly Desserts Nizam Mohamed, has been designed to feel like an exclusive experience, with keys needed to access the venue for the first four weeks, before it is opened to the public.
In the run up to openings, keys are hidden local landmarks, and shopping centres, while the Dolci team visits popular locations in the area wearing outfits, with the wording ‘tap me for a key’.
The menu features items such as brownies, crepes, sundaes, waffles and mocktails.
Haute Dolci’s first site opened on Coliseum Way in Elesmere Port in January.
