Andrew Hallam has become the latest Mitchells & Butlers (M&B) member of staff to join the company’s former chief executive Adam Fowle at Tesco Family Dining, M&C Report understands.
Hallam, who spent over six years at M&B, including most recently over three years as head of building development, joins the umbrella vehicle for Giraffe and Decks as its director of property development.
In his new role, Hallam will oversee current and future Tesco Family Dining restaurant developments from “end to end”.
Earlier this year, Tom Crowley left M&B to join Giraffe as its operations director; while James Pavey left to join Tesco Family Dining.
