Friska, the Bristol-based healthy fast food concept, will open its third site in the city next month through a collaboration with independent music retailer Rise.
The company, which was founded by Griff Holland and Ed Brown in 2009, is taking a concession at Rise’s site at the Triangle in Clifton.
Friska, which also has sites in the city’s Victoria Street and at the Bristol & Bath Science Park, hopes to gradually rollout across the South of England over the next two years.
