John Pallagi and Simon Wright, the owners of the grille restaurant chain, have opened their fourth site located in London’s Kings Cross. The King’s Cross Grille is housed in the Nido on Pentonville Road, the Blackstone Group’s latest venture. The venue includes a 70-cover restaurant, 30-cover cocktail bar and an al fresco terrace area. Pallagi said: “We are delighted to be opening our fourth Grille restaurant in King’s Cross, our second in the capital. “The King’s Cross Grille will sit well within the local market who we feel will appreciate our trademark Grille qualities of offering competitively priced menu of, well known favourites, finished off with perfectly executed cocktails and a well-thought out wine list.” The partners have three other Grille restaurants in Hoxton, in the Balmoral Hotel in Harrogate and in the White Hart Hotel in Lincoln. They also run the three-strong Room brand.
