The owners of Fogg’s in London’s Camden are set to open an American BBQ-style restaurant next month called Porky’s.
Joy and Simon Brigg will open the new venue on Chalk Farm Road, along the road from its original opening.
Using smokers imported from the US, the site will offer “classic Memphis-style beef ribs, spiced catfish, whole smoked BBQ chicken, and 16-hour smoked pulled pork”.
