Flying Burrito will open its second site in May, after taking a site near Liverpool Street Station, in London.
The company, which offers a “South African and Ukranian take on a Californian interpretation of Mexican food”, will open on the site of a former Bagel shop in Blomfield Street.
The group’s first site is in Middlesex Street, Spitalfields.
