Flaming Nora, the private equity backed branded kebab chain, plans to expand across the whole of the UK in the next five to seven years. The company's second outlet will open in Wood Green, London, in July. Further sites in Kilburn and Shepherds Bush are planned to open by the end of this year and the beginning of next year respectively. David Bloom, managing director, told M&C Report that once the third store is open they should have "proof of concept", and will then look to expand the chain across greater London. He has aims to open "50 plus" stores in the next five years.
