Cinema group Everyman has acquired four London cinemas from Odeon and exchanged on a site in Stratford.
The new sites in Gerrards Cross, Esher, Muswell Hill and Barnet were formerly Odeon and ABC Cinemas.
The company has also exchanged on the acquisition of a site in Stratford upon Avon.
Everyman in Stratford upon Avon is expected to open in 2017.
