Dunkin’ Donuts, the doughnut retailer and cafe chain, is lining up two openings next month in Cambridge and Ealing, west London, M&C Report has learnt.
They will take its UK estate to four following its first UK opening in Harrow, north London, in December, and a subsequent opening in Chelmsford.
The company is targeting 150 UK stores over the next five years. Speaking to M&C Report in December, the company’s UK general manager Jim Johnstone said the firm has a long term plan to open at least 1,000 UK sites.
The restaurants serve a wide range of hot and iced drinks, including Dunkin’ Donuts’ Original Blend Coffee and hot tea, in addition to an range of sandwiches, baked goods, all-day snacks and ‘grab and go’ products. The menu includes items specially tailored to the UK, including Sausage Butties, Bacon Butties, Porridge and Hot Croistrami Sandwiches.
