Dish Dash, the Middle Eastern café restaurant concept, has disposed of its Fulham site to multiple operator Christopher Gilmore for an undisclosed sum, with a premium sought in the region of £200,000. Robert Holland and Ahmad Amirahmadi, who founded the venture in 2005 and were backed by private investment, said that they had decided to sell one of the sites to concentrate on their remaining outlet in Balham. Gilmore, who also owns Christopher’s American Bar and Grill in Covent Garden and The Enterprise pub in Chelsea, plans to open a new concept on the 2,500sq ft site located on Park Walk. Davis Coffer Lyons handled the deal.
