Comess Group, the Spain-based international restaurant company, has opened its first UK site under its Lizarran brand at The Hub in Milton Keynes.
The company, which was founded in 2003, currently operates over 200 restaurants under the Lizarran format across eight countries, including China, Russia, Spain and the US.
Lizarran, which is overseen by Jamie Conlon in the UK, is a Catalonian pintxos and tapas concept that was originally launched near Barcelona in 1988. It is thought the company is looking to add further sites under the brand in the UK over the next year.
