Coffee Republic has signed new franchise agreements in Oman and Qatar and increased its presence in the UK.

The company has signed up Trading Enterprises as master franchisee for the Sultanate of Oman, with two sites planned in Muscat, one opening this spring and the other in September.

At the same time, Tayba Projects Company has been signed as the master franchisee for Qatar. Its first outlet will open in the new Qatar Pearl development in the capital Doha in September this year.

In the UK, two new stores in the Queensmere Shopping Centre, Slough, and in Trinity Parade, Hounslow, will open within the coming weeks, with a further store in Sutton thought to be close to completion.

The company currently operates five company-owned sites and 21 franchised stores in the UK, with 23 operated under franchise internationally.

Coffee Republic is advised by Prime Retail.
