Cipriani, lauded as one of the most exciting restaurants in London when it opened three months ago, is in turmoil, reports The Sunday Times.
The newspaper says staff are surly, managers are leaving, and diners, which include celebrities, are upset with the service and quality of the food.
Jason Phillips, who set up the restaurant, said it was suffering from its own success.
