Italian bar and kitchen pop-up concept Cin Cin has secured its first permanent home in Brighton’s North Laine.

The business, which has collaborated with Birra Moretti and Jamie Oliver’s Big Festival, will serve antipasti and fresh pasta from an open kitchen and counter bar at 13-16 Vine Street.

The daily handmade pasta will be available for takeaway at lunch while at evenings the food will be paired with Italian aperitivos and wine.

Founder David Toscano gave up his corporate job in the City to road-test the concept in a converted 1972 vintage Fiat van at weddings and events.

He is joined by chef Jamie Halsall, who has previously worked at The Dorchester, Launceston Place and Roux at Parliament Square.

The restaurant is open from November 1.
