Chinese Buffet, the Lancashire-based restaurant operator, has opened its sixth site in the North West in Halifax.
The group, which is led by Peter Wu, has opened a 8,000sqft site in the city’s Broad Street Plaza.
Last year, the group, which includes restaurants in Bolton, Wigan, Wakefield, Preston and St Helens, announced plans to open 20 new sites over the next five years, including some under a new express format.
The chain, which was founded in 2005 by Paulo Hu, Peter Wu and David Wu, plans to open further restaurants in Blackpool and Warrington this year.
