Ceviche, the new Peruvian restaurant and bar concept headed by Martin Morales, one of the founders of Apple iTunes in Europe, has secured its first site in London’s Soho.
The group has taken the former Café Emm site in Frith Street with opening scheduled for spring next year.
In October, Morales told M&C Report that thanks to Twitter and pop up restaurants, he had raised just over £1m toward the launch of Ceviche.
Morales, who launched and managed iTunes stores across 16 European countries before becoming a restaurateur, said that the concept had generated investment from a number of “high profile figures from the entertainment, media and hospitality sectors”.
