Caffé Concerto, the fledgling coffee shop concept, has acquired the former Blushes SW3 café and bar on London's Kings Road. The company purchased the 1,352sq ft site for a rent of £200,000 per annum, with a premium estimated to be in excess of £500,000. The new outlet will be Caffé Concerto's second site after its original opened in the Westfield shopping centre in Shepherds Bush. It is understood that the company plans to turn the site, which has a late-night alcohol licence, into an 80-cover coffee shop. CB Richard Ellis handled the deal.
