The original Bubbledogs was launched by ex-Marcus Waring at The Berkley chef James Knappett and Sandia Chang, formerly front of house at Roganic, last September in Charlotte Street.

The site offers create-your-own gourmet hotdogs plus champagne by the glass starting at £6.50.

The original is also home to the Kitchen Table, a 19-cover private dining experience overseen by Knappett.
