Peter Brook has left his position as chief executive of InnDeed Group, Dawnay Day’s tenanted pub investment vehicle, M&C Report understands. It is thought that Brook, who was previously chief executive of InnSpired and of Tattershall Castle Group, will stay in the pub sector. Brook teamed up with Dawnay Day to form InnDeed in October 2006 with the aim of building a significant presence – up to a 1,000-strong pub estate – in the leased and tenanted pub sector. It currently has about 30 pubs, acquired through three deals. Brook, who also held the position of property director at Punch Taverns following Punch’s purchase of InnSpired, is an investing non-executive director of the Guernsey Pub Company.
