Boudica Inns, the pub company led by Mark Dorber, one of the founding directors of the Beer Academy, has opened its second site in Suffolk.
The group has opened the Swan, in Stratford St Mary, eight years it opened its first in the country, the Anchor at Walberswick.
Dorber previously ran the White Horse on Parson’s Green SW6, which was affectionately known as the Sloaney Pony. It was voted top pub in the UK in 2005 & 2006.
