Boost Juice Bars, the Richard O’Sullivan led concept, will soon reach the 30 unit mark with new stores lined up to open over the next six weeks including the brand’s first outlet in Scotland.

M&C has learnt the juice and smoothie bar operator will open in Southampton, Cambridge, Reading, Stratford London, Manchester Arndale and Trafford and Glasgow to bring the total estate to 30.

It is looking to get into more tube stations to replicate the success of its kiosk at London’s Liverpool Street Station, which O’Sullivan said is a star performer.

He told M&C continued growth for the brand is likely to come from increased presence at railway stations and airports because it already has a units in the majority of significant shopping centres.

Meanwhile it is preparing to launch an app that allows commuters to pre-order and pay for drinks that will be ready to collect when they pass the kiosk.
