Baker & Spice, the Patisserie Valerie-owned brand, has been announced as the latest operator to join the Battersea Power Station line-up.
It has also confirmed that Cinnamon Kitchen and Tonkotsu will operate in the development.
The Battersea launch will be the first for Baker & Spice since its unsuccessful trial in Brighton. The brand, which currently operates four sites in London, was acquired by Patisserie Holdings in 2009.
Rob Tincknell, chief executive of BPSDC, said: “Battersea Power Station is fast emerging as London’s newest and most exciting food and drink destination. We are delighted to welcome to the line up several more fantastic operators that share our passion for creating a new, unique community focused destination for London.”
