Aramark, the contract caterer, has signed a deal with BP to open the first standalone Wild Bean Café. The group will launch the petrol retailers’ coffee-shop concept at Portsmouth’s Continental Ferry Port, which handles 1.9 million passengers per year. BP operates more than 200 Wild Bean Cafes at its petrol stations across England and Scotland. Karen Hubbard, BP’s UK convenience retail director, said: “This is a natural progression of our existing roadside brand. "Portsmouth port is the ideal location to launch this exciting new era for Wild Bean Café, with many car drivers who are already familiar with the brand.”
