Aqua Restaurant Group, the Hong Kong-based company, has confirmed the details of its two openings set for the Shard development in London this summer.
Aqua Shard will be situated on the 31st floor, with panoramic views and a modern British menu. With 220 covers, it will be open all day from breakfast to dinner.
The group’s northern Chinese concept Hutong will open two floors above. It will be a sister site to Aqua’s original Hutong in Hong Kong, and will open in June.
Zuma founders Rainer Becker and Arjun Waney have already launched Oblix, their 32nd-floor restaurant at the development, which features a rotisserie and grill.
