Aldo Zilli, who has four restaurants in London, admits to having hated fish when he was younger.
Zilli, who is now a fish aficionado, tells The Times how his father bought a boat and would take the young Aldo on fishing trips.
He used to help the local fishmonger who paid him in fish. He left when he was 17. "I had enough of fish," he said.
