Cassia Oriental, a 130-seat restaurant has opened in London's Berkeley
Square. The "cross-cultural" eaterie was created by Laurence Leung of the Zen group and stands on the site of the ill-fated China Jazz restaurant. It is expected to compete with the 170-seat China House restaurant, which opened in Piccadilly at the beginning of February.
