Music group Mean Fiddler plans to develop a chain of Jazz Cafés across European capitals. The original café is in London.
The group, which also owns London music venue the Astoria,
is mounting a reverse takeover of its own AIM-listed website.
The dot.com will acquire its parent company in all all-share deal worth £33.5m.
It will also raise £5m to £8m to find its European expansion.
