London Union is set to open its sixth Street Feast market in Wood Green, MCA has learnt.
The Jonathan Downey-led group has submitted a licencing application for a unit in Olympia Industrial Estate.
The operator is seeking to open between 10am and midnight from Sunday to Wednesday and 10am to 1.30am Thursday to Saturday.
Street Feast Wood Green is due to open next month and is expected to include at least eight operators, with Downey also promising trampolines.
The latest opening for the group was at Plumstead Road Covered Market in Woolwich earlier this year. The line-up included Street Feast regulars Yum Bun, Yumplings, Burger & Beyond and Ink as well as Salt Shed, which offers cured short rib; rotisserie chicken concept Henhaus; Lava Bar, from the team behind You Doughnut, and Woolwich trader Rust Bucket Pizza Co.
Street Feast also operates Dinerama in Shoreditch, Giant Robot in Canary Wharf, Hawker House in Canada Water and Model Market in Lewisham.
