Incipio Group has announced its next site, Lost in Brixton, will open in Brixton Village in July.
The 440-capacity venue will feature a Latin American inspired cocktail menu, a retractable roof and will be accessed via a hidden corner of the market, where a secret staircase will lead guests up to the space.
Lost in Brixton will use the Tablesnapper app for the first time, which allows guests to order from traders, with the food delivered to them by runners.
Open five days a week, the Latin American inspired cocktail menu will feature with beer from Brixton Brewery.
The traders have yet to be announced.
Incipio secured £5m investment from Edition Capital earlier this year, valuing the business at £20.5m, with Brixton the first of five forthcoming London sites and one regional sites planed for the next 18 months.
The group has lined up sites in Wimbledon, Putney, Mayfair, Fulham and Birmingham, with a focus on delivering and building sites that work in long term leases.
