BII launches online pre-entry awareness training course

The British Institute of Innkeeping (BII) has unveiled details of its new mandatory pre-entry awareness training (PEAT) course, which is an on-line e—learning package for people considering becoming pub tenants and lessees to equip them with the knowledge and skills for the job
