Following an occasionally bruising take private deal which completed earlier this year, Loungers’ executive chairman Alex Reilley sits down at MCA’s Pub Conference to reflect on why the move was a good outcome for shareholders, why the public markets didn’t work out for the all-day café-bar group, and how the company will achieve it’s “rather conservative” target of 600 sites
