The private owners behind Wasabi, the sushi and bento chain, have opened the second site in London under their Korean restaurant concept Kimchee.
The second Kimchee opened yesterday (6th April) in High Holborn and joins the original site in Golders Green.
The opening of the second site raises the prospect that Kimchee could be rolled out as a sister brand alongside Wasabi.
Led by Dong Hyun Kim, Wasabi currently operates from 20 locations across London, and has increased its expansion programme over the last 18 months.
