Subway has unveiled a new menu, with 21 new ingredients, including gluten free bread, soft poached eggs and sriracha sauce.

The new range is available now, and is part of Subway’s ‘Make It What You Want’ brand relaunch, which focuses on the brand’s ability to customise to customers’ specifications.

Garnishes being introduced include chopped sunblush tomatoes, diced beetroot and crispy onions.

Subway is launching gluten free bread, as well as chilli & paprika bread.

Ingredients added to the range include spinach, maple cured streaky bacon, and free range soft poached eggs.

There will be a tuna niçoise salad and a Thai chicken salad, as well a vegan signature loaded wrap and a BBQ chicken and bacon signature loaded wrap.

New sauces include Hickory Smoked BBQ Sauce and Sriracha Hot Chilli Sauce.
