Snowfox Group has launched a new kiosk concept in partnership with Tesco.
The Yo! Sushi operator has opened its first Good Eats kiosk in Tesco Manchester, Market Street.
The kiosk is the first of its kind for Snowfox and offers nutritious food-to-go options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, with a range including ‘build your own’ slides to bowls, salads, hot flatbreads, and breakfast wraps, all of which made fresh in the Tesco store.
Last month, the group opened its 500th kiosk in the UK, at a Tesco Express on London’s Tooley Street, under the Yo! brand.
Snowfox Group’s Panku brand now has almost 150 kiosks in Asda stores.
The ongoing rollout highlights the growing demand for Japanese food across the UK, according to the brand, with the expansion of kiosks set to continue next year.
