The former BBC Masterchef winner Thomasina Miers is to launch a second Wahaca restaurant in London.
Miers, who opened the first Wahaca in Covent Garden in August 2007, will launch the second restaurant at Westfield London in Shepherd’s Bush in November.
Separately, Westfield has confirmed a number of signings for The Balcony eating area, which will include 13 dining outlets overlooking the main shopping hub, The Atrium.
