Greggs’ chief executive Roger Whiteside will join a host of other industry leaders at MCA’s 2021 Food to Go Conference next week (23 March).

Whiteside will take us attendees through the escalation of Greggs’ delivery and click and collect offering, its hopes for drive-thru and how its growth strategy is shaping up for 2021, in an exclusive Q&A.

Taking place next Tuesday, the conference will also feature interviews with Clare Clough, UK managing director, Pret, Jason Clark, chief operations officer, McDonald’s UK & Ireland, Shereen Ritchie, managing director, Leon UK, and Richard Morris, managing director, Tortilla.

The programme will be streamed online from 9.30am and promises to be a must-attend event for senior operators, suppliers and investors.
