POD, the London-based, healthy fast food concept led by Tim Hall, has launched a new delivery service. The 23-strong group has launched a new platter menu to go alongside its usual range of menu items to coincide with the new delivery service, which is available across its entire estate. Hall said the move was part of the group’s attempt to try to upgrade its lunchtime sandwich platters to a more “contemporary style of food”. In February, the group appointed Tim Bartram as its new finance director and said that customer visits are up over 10% across its estate in the year to date. His appointment comes after the company strengthened its marketing team with Sarah Neary becoming its new brand manager.
