Paul UK is to open a second Express format site on Tottenham Court Road next month.

It follows the successful opening of its first at St Pancras one year ago, with the bakery and patisserie chain on the look out for further opportunities to expand the concept.

Located adjacent to Warren Street tube station, the site is only 58 sq ft in size and will focus on quick service, with a reduced breakfast and lunch range than its traditional shops, but will have the addition of new hot grab and go options, including porridge, savoury croissants, sausage rolls and soups.

“Gary Cowells, operations director of Paul UK comments: “We are thrilled to be opening our second Paul Express shop. We are excited about the scalability of this concept, and are looking at further opportunities to roll out this model.”
