Domino’s Pizza Group has completed its joint venture acquisition of Joey’s Pizza, the largest pizza delivery operator in Germany, in a deal worth €79m (£57.6m).

The company confirmed that all regulatory and other customary approvals had been satisfied for the JV between the company and Australian-based Domino’s Pizza Enterprises in respect of the group’s German operations, and acquisition of Joey’s Pizza.

The company now owns a one-third equity stake in the largest pizza delivery business in Germany, as well as the Domino’s franchises in the UK, Republic of Ireland and Switzerland.
