B Bagel is expanding in the capital with the opening of a fourth site on Camden High Street, with plans to double to estate over the next 12 months.

The bagel bakery will open in Camden on 23 November, joining existing shops at Tottenham Court Road, Soho and Fulham Road.

Open from 7am until to 9pm Monday to Saturday, the 1,750 sq ft site will offer 26 covers, and cater for takeaway with delivery via Deliveroo.

Drawing on 35 years of experience, B Bagel uses a traditional family recipe prepared and baked in-store, resulting in bagels that are crispy on the outside, chewy and doughy on the inside.

Founders Alon Kubi and Yoav Baumgarten started the business after successful careers in sales and marketing, and realising the business of selling food had lost connection to the heart and soul of the product.

Baumgarten commented: “Bagels are experiencing a resurgence, particularly in the capital, so this is a great time for us to be ramping up our expansion plans. We’re incredibly excited to opening in Camden and have a strong pipeline of sites across the capital to help us achieve our ambition of growing to 8 sites over the next 12 months.”
