Private equity firm Oaktree Capital Management LP has sold its entire shareholding in distillery Stock Spirit Group causing shares to fall 30.5%.
Oaktree held a 36.8% stake of the company, whose brands include 1906, Boskov Vodka, Orzel and Stock Prestige, and had been anticipated to sell a 25% share but sold all 73.7m shares for gross proceeds of £202.6m.
