Noble House has closed the deal to buy 44 pubs from Whitbread for £31m û and sold Whitbread one of its own back.
The pubs Noble House acquired include 34 former Brewers Fayre and Beefeater restaurants and eight Dragon Inns.
Christie & Co handled the transaction, which also included the sale of the Wheelhouse in Nottingham to Whitbread, on behalf of Noble House.
