Soho House, the bar, restaurant and members club led by Nick Jones, has reported a 3.8% increase adjusted EBITDA to £9.3m for the year to 29 December 2013.

Turnover for the period climbed 12.3% to £73.3m. The group swung into profit for the year, with pre-tax profit standing at £41.5k against a £26k loss in the previous year. Operating profit stood at £155.9k.

Turnover across its three-strong Pizza East climbed from £8.6m to £11.2m, with gross profit improving 1.1 percentage points to 73%, and adjusted EBITDA for the period of £2.4m, up from £1.8m.

It said it was pleased with the performance of its key investment.

It has also set up new holding companies for Dirty Burger (Dirty Burger Ltd) and Chicken Shop (Chicken Shops Galore Ltd). The company said that both brands had performed to plan to date.

The company is gearing up to launch multiple sites under its Chicken Shop and Dirty Burger brands and is starting to look at possible opportunities for both concepts outside London.
