Danieli Group has reported turnover of £9.8m for the period from 13 September 2022 to 30 April 2023.

The Northeast-based group operated STACK – a mixed-use leisure venue – until its exit from the group December 2023. It now operates The Muddler, YOLO, and Destination 1850 concepts, as well as businesses in the care and facilities management sectors, including Phoenix Eye, Homecare Plus, and Northridge Healthcare.

In accounts filed at Companies House, the business further reported gross profit of £4.1m and EBITDA of £1m.

The STACK group accounted for 31% of reported turnover during the period.

STACK opened a Newcastle site in 2018 and now operates in Seaburn, Sunderland, as well, with sites scheduled to open in Middlesborough, Lincoln, and Durham, following investment from Kings Park Capital last year.

The concept has 12 sites in the pipeline to open over a four-to-five-year period, with the aim of eventually becoming a national chain, CEO Neil Winch told MCA last month.
