Camden Town Brewery has secured new brewery premises in Enfield.
The AB InBev-owned company has acquired Unit 1 at Navigation Park, Enfield from SEGRO Properties Limited.
The brewery has agreed to a new 25-year lease on a 57,420sq ft build-to-suit industrial unit at SEGRO’s flagship north London development.
Jack Booth, associate in Savills industrial business space team, said: “Offering excellent access to both the North Circular and the M25, Navigation Park is the ideal location for Camden Town Brewery. Upon completion, the business will bring all its brewing back in-house, running its full operation from the new north London base. This is an exciting development for the business and we are very pleased to have helped facilitate the move.”
