BrewDog is holding its annual share trading today, during which investors in its Equity for Punks crowdfunding programme can sell shares.
New investors can buy shares in an auction throughout the day, with 6.25 million shares on offer, priced between £30 and £70 with valuations from £188m to £438m respectively.
The group currently has 50,000 shareholders and is in the middle of its first US crowdfunding round, with a target of $50m.
