Apollo acquires Tragus, Derkach to step down as CEO

 John Derkach is to step down as chief executive of Tragus after Apollo Global Management, which already held the majority of the group’s debt, acquired the business from Blackstone. Steve Richards has been appointed as the c300-strong group’s new chief executive
