Zolfo Cooper Europe provides a broad range of specialist business advisory solutions spanning the entire corporate lifecycle including restructuring services, pensions advisory, forensic and litigation support, debt advisory and corporate finance to both companies and their stakeholders.”

Paul Hemming, partner and head of Corporate Finance at Zolfo Cooper, said: “Over the past few years we have been actively broadening our service offering, introducing additional skills such as debt advisory.  This deal links us into a fantastic network of sector knowledge both here in the UK, where Alix has worked for a range of businesses including Whitbread and Mitchells & Butlers, and across the globe.  Importantly, in the US we now have access to a wealth of sector experience gained working with many leading restaurant and bar operators.

“As we look to become involved in larger opportunities, having access to this international knowledge base and contact network will allow us to deliver enhanced services for our clients.”
